I am a seller on the site. An internal issue prevented me from being able to log in on the website. I called the 1-800 number listed and spoke with an actual person. After giving details of my issue they immediately began working to find a solution. A contact person called/emailed me a few times to keep me posted on the situation. The issue was resolved within several hours.
