I am an ex-employee of Tesco and devoted to using their online shopping just to stay faithful to them as they were good employers.I am the main carer for my wife so have to shop online most of the time.However, I am yet to place an order that is delivered 100%.In most cases, the items that are not available are important ones which I cannot afford to miss.I cannot understand why on ordering an item we are informed at a later date that it isn't available.This is not good. I'm sure if I attended the store I could purchase all the items I need.My nearest store is Sainsbury's, so I will have to place an order with them in order to received all the items I need.Very disappointed with a company for which I have utmost respect.
