Terrible customer service. If I were you guys I would be leery of these people try to get you a line of credit from another company no matter what don't settle for this one. They must do better. Try to get a statement sent talk to three different people I could not get it sent through an email, if I were someone else and I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about they would have done it. Keep telling me sorry recording me like this is going to make a difference no one was helpful explain to her I did not receive the last statement. I wanna know why this was not the first time I have called this company but steel kept saying sorry she couldn't send it trying to save face she didn't want to send it , so if I were you do not get a care credit card and never JUST go to another company get you a better option interest rates are too high and poor customer service And you better pay it off before the promotional period ends. They would not give you any extended time they did not care they do not want to help please go to another company and not care credit symphony, bank, terrible service.
