My in-stock order has a 2 week time period before it ships. This is an unacceptable time period for an item in stock. Customer service literally told me that the carrier (Fedex) is behind 2 weeks on pickups!!! An outright lie. I worked in online shipping for 23 years and never once did a major carrier not pick up for any reason other than weather.... Fedex is never going to be 2 weeks behind in pick ups. I don't appreciate the lack of integrity here at all.I also noticed Wayfair responding to peoples reviews with a stock response to call for more help. They HAVE no more help. They had no problems taking my money the very day I placed my order..... never again
