I haven’t waiting for over three months for a refund for a cancelled booking. Booking.com have been absolutely useless. After contacting them several times, they asked me to show proof of the payment. I sent a screenshot of my payment but they now say they want me to show them my complete credit card statement and that they will be sharing it with the property. I always thought booking.com were ok, but it’s only when there is a problem for the customer that you find out how useless they are!
