Our nonprofit has utilized AirTable for the last 2 years--it's how we track our grant funding and outcomes for that funding. For the last 3 weeks, I have been trying to update our payment information, as our debit card had to be replaced after it was misplaced and we had the bank cancel the old one. AirTable kept trying to use our old card while I kept trying to update our account with a new card. They would not allow me to add a new card to the account and now our account is suspended. And the chat/email messages I get are all canned--they keep referring me to the same 2 "solutions" that have nothing to do with this situation. And now...crickets. AirTable is a great product--but their "support" is awful. Get a phone option, people!
