I ordered a garment steamer from wayfair for my wedding. It was to be delivered on Friday, but it was late, so I could not use it. Now I’m forced to pay an exorbitant return shipping fee to return the item that arrived late. Neither customer service via chat nor customer service for business accounts would waive the fee. I’ll remember this failure every time I see wrinkles in my wedding photos. I don’t think I’ll shop with Wayfair again because I no longer trust the company to stand behind their products or services and do right by their customers.
