Airtable is a fantastic product but as the reviews outline below, as soon as something goes wrong there is no support available. We have paid for a PRO plan but due to a billing glitch we were unable to fix manually, we are now on PLUS plan despite paying in full for a PRO plan at the start of the year. I have contacted them multiple times as features we need to use every day are currently not available to us and despite flagging this issue as business critical, we have received no response. Please help us resolve this issue ASAP.
