I attended a promotional webinar for Nic Option All Access for 1997 for 2 years on Sunday 4/30/23. When I checked my profile on their website, I was credited for only one year. When I signed up on 5/1/23 I was having trouble accessing the program, I reached out to their sale representative representative who sold the service to me, he ignored me all day and later told me through text message that one of their customer service representatives would get back to me. Nobody called me. The second day, I was still having difficulty, I called their customer service, a customer service representative who answered the call tried to assist but unsuccessful. He said someone would get beck to me, no one did. Then I called to cancel my subscription on the 3rd day and finally a director from the company called me and said he would call me back in about 15-20 minutes. No.call back received. I emailed and sent messages to the sale representative multiple times and he completely ignored me. No call back after he processed my subscription and took money on 5/1/23Then I went to their website and found out in my profile that he only credited me for 1 year subscription instead of the 2 years they advertised in the promotion. I called multiple times to correct this issue and also texted the sale representative via text message and email. No answer, I called their customer service phone number. No one is picking up my phone it keeps going into there voicemail. This has been a very frustrating experience. The customer service is extremely poor. I will like to cancel my subscription since they didn’t give me what they advertised
