I was originally disappointed with Jomashop because I ordered a cologne that stated it was "in stock" and available for an excellent price; however, after placing the order, my shipment was put on hold for over a month due to the fact that the site said my cologne was in another warehouse and I had to "wait for it be shipped" to fulfill the request. I emailed Jomashop twice but received little satisfaction. However, once I decided to place a voice call and received the kind, warm, and quick assistance of "ANNELA" everything was taken care of - Plus, I received a thoughtful rebate coupon for my patience. With that all said, I regained my confidence in Jomashop, with the helpful assistance of ANNELA, and will continue to utilize them for amazing products at great prices.
