I'm giving it two stars because this company has absolutely terrible support! They respond with only canned emails and absolutely NEVER respond with a solution, no matter how critically it affects your business. I have expressed to them that the canned emails are not helpful and does not endear them not users, but they could not care less. I'm presently looking for an alternative, as I am tired of contacting support and getting only canned responses.
