The wrong product was delivered from my online order When I called the WalMart store nearest to where I live to ask about returning it, first there was no answer for online orders. Then, when I called back, the WalMart employee found the order and told me that my order was from a third party vendor and there was nothing she could do about it. She told me to call 1-800-WalMart. When I called that number. the line has repeatedly been busy. When I asked the WalMart phone rep if I could return the item to the store, she said she didn't know but didn't think so. This is the third time I have bought items online with WalMart. Each time has been a disaster. The first time, WalMart cancelled the order because it wasn't filled within their time frame. The second time, the order did not come for three weeks after I ordered it despite the fact that I received messages that it would be delivered no later than certain dates. The online return policies are very detailed and tedious to do. This was another awful experience buying online from WalMart. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
