Would give it 0 star if I could. Food was 45 minutes late than it initially stated. Original designated driver didn’t turn up (I was told he must have given up waiting?!) he also ignored a message I sent. Order eventually arrived. Driver changed suddenly, PIN number asked for on a car park (I had to climb multiple stairs as I was visiting friends in a flat several stories up so obviously wasn’t going to open it all up outside) when I got upstairs and looked the order was completely wrong and obviously meant for someone else. Contacted customer services and they were completely dismissive and curt. I spent a bit of money too. Mistakes happen but this was a comedy of errors from start to finish coupled with appalling customer services after the event. Disappointing for such a large company. But I guess when you are that large complaints aren’t important any more.
