Really bad customer service

Really bad furniture experience. 40% of the items that came were scratched or defective. And returning them or even reaching out to Wayfair Customer Service is a pain in the A. Not happy at all with the service. Some reps are great, but the bad ones ruin the whole gist of the WAYFAIR store as a whole. That is why a 1-star company can improve its service and be consistent.
