I haven't actually bought anything from Wayfair in quite awhile. Today I got a notice that there was a fraudulent purchase with my credit card that I hadn't actually made. The card company told me I had to contact Wayfair. When I called in, they had already flagged the transaction and canceled before I could ask and helped me get my password reset to get my account secured again. Honestly, the best customer service I could've asked for. What could have been a very difficult stressful situation was handled with ease.
