LP is fine until something goes wrong and then you find out that there is no real support available. I got a message from LP while I was on holiday to say that someone was attempting to log on to my account. I tried to reset my password but couldn’t at which point I was a bit panicked so I tried to contact support urgently but could not even get chat support just FAQs which did not help. In the end I felt I had no option but to reachh for the nuclear option of deleting my info. After that experience I decided to ditch LP and I had to create new passwords for all my websites. I should have left them sooner. For the fees customers are paying the service should be so much better. I’ll never darken their doors again!
