If I had the option to give 0 star I will. Switch with them with a promotion Costco has giving free phones. Worse nightmare ever! First 3 bills were extremely high, and after being told I was enrolled in auto payment every month I was being charged late fee for non payment. No one couldn't figured out why autopayment was not happening. Looks like they don't train properly their employees and they give wring info to customer to get sales. Finally got help from Costo sales rep. Going back to Verizon again. What a nightmare! End up paying over $800 in charges and fees. FYI don't waste time with a supervisor, they won't help you either .
