Absolutely deceptive and useless customer service

Absolutely deceptive, irresponsible, and awful “business”. Wayfair sent me the wrong tv stand to begin with, sent me a replacement, and I pushed to receive compensation for this mistake. Speaking to a chat rep they promised me to waive the assembly fee as a courtesy for a technician. Conveniently we disconnected and the thereafter rep told me that this is an action they cannot even do. Clearly showing me that the prior rep straight up lied to me. I wanted this escalated and the manager quite literally responded by saying the best we could is send you a 10% coupon off your next purchase which we have. For two mistakes…An actual joke. Don’t worry about it girl, you won’t be getting a second purchase. Seeing how horrible their customer service and business practices are, I hope to really see their demise. They don’t deserve a dime.
