Wakelet was founded at the same time the best curation software was closing its doors: Storify. I had several collections on Stofify for work. That happened many years ago and I migrated all my collections to Wakelet. Little by little, the platform has been deteriorating. Today, I was locked out of my account. I was paired with a completely incompetent customer support assistant who couldn't understand that the whole problem only existed because Wakelet does not have a password retrieval protocol. Amazing, right? It doesn't. Now, I know that as an administrator I can create passwords, which the client can re-set. They are refusing to do that. Instead, they engage you with irritating emails leading nowhere (and they don't read the client's original issue). I believe Wakelet's usefulness has run its course. Let's see who the competitor will be and move on. As always, greed and disrespect for clients took over the initiative.
