Negatives: Some locations are very poorly laid out and managed even worse. The shepherds bush location in london is particularly bad. They have a ping pong table in a health and safety contradictive location resulting in people constantly being hit with fast plastic balls and or tripping on them whilst trying to work. The noise is horrendous, you literally cannot work there. The front of desk staff simply tell you to work in the tiny quiet area if the noise bothers you, which is not only unviable when conducting meetings and discussing things with colleagues, far too small but also the contract states, as an all access member you can work where you like... but the only place that is even near to suitable for working is the small quiet area. The offices will eat your pathetic 5 monthly credits in 1 day if you need to use the meeting rooms, then the cost of more credits is more than it costs you as a tenent for the week.On the whole it's -> WILDLY <- over expensive for what you get, very difficult to work and often very poor front of house staff. The shepherds bush office needs to be restructured, restaffed and started again.Positives: nice mini events, decent commodities, nice coffee/beer station and kitchen utilities, nice gaming stations (pool, table tennis, etc... not all locations have this)
