We ordered a CPU which came with a FREE C/D and when we went to check out and paid +/- $1500.00, it said 3 business days to be delivered. They stated that since it was two orders?, no where on the order site did it say 2 orders. Now its been 10 days. Also, we get an e-mail 3 days later stating they are out of the item (CPU) we ordered, and wanted to know if we would take another CPU that is the same. Why not tell people before submitting the order YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK. Why not call them. So 2 days for the e-mail, 1 day for my response, then 2 days for another e-mail saying OK. This all could be taken care of with a phone call and done in 1 day. Also, when I called Customer Support, they interrupt you in the middle of an explanation and/or will not listen to you.
