I got this card to pay my corgi's vet bills. At first everything went fine, I made the payments. The APR was low and I was paying more than the monthly premium. Then, I noticed that my balance was not going down like it was supposed to be, I discovered that they had suddenly dropped my credit limit from $750 (which I only owed $500 on) to $450, then charged me an overage fee. And kicked my APR to twice what it was. I continued to make payments on time until February 2023 when they suddenly closed my account. No explanation was provided. Then Synchrony started sending me bills. I can go online and see what I owe, but I am locked out of seeing any activity or past payments. Calling them is a total waste of time, all you get is someone who barely speaks English and is about as much help as a dictionary.
