I could not give less than 1 out of 5, so LastPass gets lucky. They deserve a -5.I have been a LastPass customer for five years. Why do I give a 1 out of 5?1. They have been hacked multiple times.2. A hack can happen to every company, But it happens repeatedly. Not great for a security company.3. The communications, after all, hacks, were not transparent. They are not straightforward to their clients and try to minimize the problems. Not very trustworthy for a security company.4. Their customer service is a nightmare. Is there any?5. The added new security measures. Sounds great, but it's not. I have experienced multiple times that I could not enter my vault for hours. Not consumer friendly.When you look at other reviews, you noticed I am not the only one who thinks LastPass is not a great solution.
