Product was missing essential parts for the operation of the chair, missing power supply, remote control for massage and heat, missing safety brackets. Customer service said that the manufacturer will not ship just the parts, I would need to order a new chair, take the missing parts out and then return the chair. No way to treat a customer, I have filed a dispute with my cc company until wayfair sends someone to rebox the chair and send it back. I am disabled and cannot do this. I even paid someone to unbox and set up the chair but it was missing parts.
