Zero stars. Bought Coldplay tickets for 7/6/23 as it seemed to be a legitimate site. My account has since been suspended for no known reason. Almost impossible to contact anyone but did eventually get a slow response via Eventbrite’s Facebook messenger. The ticket seller was unauthorised, so not legitimate tickets, and apparently I will receive a refund. Unacceptable and completely disappointing.
