**Never used Booking.com** to book your flight.**Worst experience**I bought the ticket and airline has change the schedule - I did inform booking.com team in advance that the changes made does not suits my requirement hence I will not use this ticket and go for refund.I fought with them almost 8 months to get the refund but only answer was today /tomorrow. I also escalated this matter with their higher managment but no resolution. Worst customer services with very negative feed back n experience. Do not trap yourself into same experience.Shahid Rafique
