Completely Useless Customer Service

We had all of our data plan on our wireless account mysteriously used up within two days. We normally don't use it all in an entire month and did not do anything unusual to use extra data. So, I wanted to see if they could help me figure this out. First, I tried the chat feature. There were no options that fit my situation and I could not get a real person. It took a while, but I finally found the customer service phone number. I had to insist I wanted to talk to a real person. When I did get a real person, there was a lot of background noise and they were not helpful at all. They did not really listen to me. It was clear I was getting no where talking to them as they didn't really want to help solve my problem. They just kept saying we only had so much data for 3 lines so we just used it all and have we considered an unlimited plan. I gave up and out of curiosity asked how much more per month the unlimited plan was. She said she would check and then everything went silent - background noise gone, and she never came back on although we seemed to still be connected. I just hung up, tired of wasting my time.
