As it is very easy to order but Return is horrible. We have purchased a few items in May and returned few on June through EVRi. As EVRi confirmed that the returned items reached the retailer but haven't heard from Shei until today.Shein should have proper customer service channel or email address to be contacted for refunds.We are awaiting a response from Shein
