OMG what a joke booked a return flight to Brussels from Birmingham for September 11th Brussels airlines changed the times from AM to PM which was unacceptable they told me i had to get my refund from Booking.com as they were the agent on the Booking.com for business website there is no help page no contact us page i finally got through on the phone to someone who just repeatedly told me they couldn't help I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM EVER AGAIN
