They won't respond to several emails asking me to sign up for an account. I want to pay them for their services but my free trial expired and when I try to sign up for the paid version it comes back with "internal error"I can't believe they haven't responded to my email when I want to be a paying customer. Horrible and sad :( I'll find the next best alternative.
