Problem with online orderingAfter I placed the order for transferring 4 lines, just befre pressing final Submit button, it says, they will email me a link to upload my driver's license/passport etc to verify my identity. But they never sent that link, and sent an email instead saying my order has been cancelled because they could not verify my identity. How can i verify my identity if they never sent the link in the first place. This happened two times. It says, head to our store with your id to reorder. But then I would not get any online specials.
