Terrible customer service. We paid for a year, but due to Zapier's awfull configuration, we wanted to cancel or downgrade. NO REFUNDS after 30 days! Be aware - it looks like Zapier will take your money anyway, but will not stand behind the product.Would recommend Zoho Flow as alternative. Zapier is absolute shambles.
