The easiest way to follow your favorite blogs
Bloglovin' could have been a great place to follow blogs, increase your blog following, or publish a blog post. Unfortunately, they lost their way.I always had a hard time claiming my blog on Bloglovin'. Whenever I checked to see if I can find my blog on the platform, I never saw it. I tried to get help, but the customer service is horrible. But the worst thing about Bloglovin' is the presence of the Russian sex troll bots. They are beyond irritating; they're disgusting. Also, who knows what info they're swiping from your account. Unfortunately, you can't block them. If you're considering adding your blog to an RSS feed, please do yourself a favor and skip Bloglovin'.
Fake accounts as followers, this being the main and the BIGGEST problem. The second one for me will be that i don't see the recent articles of the bloggers i'm following and is frustrating because i loved this app, it used to be perfect as a reader. Last year it went crazy posting only posts that were more than a month or more, even if the people i was following had been written recently. I start to think that since they turned the brand into ACTIVATE they abandoned Bloglovin'.
So spammy. I signed up to receive updates for a blog, and received 3 marketing emails from Bloglovin within a few hours. There is no way to erase my email from their database, so even tho I unsubscribed (by checking off a dozen various subscription options I never signed up for) they're still sending junk email, and I bet they already sold my email addy. I will update this review if I receive a reply from Bloglovin confirming there's a way I can delete my email from their database. Otherwise I'll assume they agree that they're total spammy junk.
Someone misused my email to create an account. Bloglovin does not verify the accounts, simply started sending me lots of spammy emails. I've tried to complain, I've tried to remove my account, I've tried to seek help from them in many different ways. No response, nothing is working.
Awful customer service. There are spam posts with old dates that appears first on my bloglovin-feed. The main RSS feed is fine. I tried to delete the posts, but got an error message saying that someone else claimed my site! What? Of course it is impossible to reach customer service.
Although I really like the way bloglovin works it has one very annoying feature, you can’t control who follows you. Since signing up I have started receiving endless emails from sex workers, and it because they are following me through bloglovin. I have even complained to bloglovin about this and asked about being able to block these people but bloglovin says there is nothing they can do and there is no block feature for followers. I am fed up with having to delete up to 20 emails a day, and some are quite explicit with photos. I may have to delete my account and hope they stop.
This is a great tool for keeping track of blogs and saving stories. It is easy to use and very sleek. I have recommended it to friends and will continue to do so.
The app doesn't exist anymore. The site is abandoned. It used to be a good tool for bloglovers but not anymore. So sory for that!
