One star is even too much, my name is aura Raja Semrau and I am an artist. My account has been hacked and I don't even have access to my two factor authentication. Tried all the pages possible to report it, still didn't get it back. Tried the video selfie (on my Instagram my face is literally everywhere) still I didn't get it back and there is no way to have any real contact with a customer service team which is awful. I already did a report with my lawyer and if within the next months I don't get my access back in EU data violation can get to a fine of 50.000 euros. If meta thinks they're loosing money, let's see what will happen in the next months with the report of data violation from artists in the EU.
I ad account got shut down during an ad that I had going!All because my old Facebook ad account was suspended for advertising my products in the past with no way to dispute it because they don't give you any warnings. So just this should not affect my account on Instagram because it is another site even though they also own Instagram. I do nothing against any of their rules like other people that post nude pictures and get away with it.
This app is allowing child exploitation/ pornography. It needs shutting down asap. The owners do not care and are fully aware of the situation. Links are provided which take the user directly to child pornography sites. Instagram notifies you when you say a bad comment but if someone says a bad comment to you or about your religions then that’s fine. So they will try to close your account but they won’t go after that person who said hateful stuff. They truly have something wrong with them.
This is the third time I got shadow banned from Instagram. It was over a video marked as inappropriate when there is no nudity in my video! I never create such videos. This is no different from what Facebook and TikTok does; Also just as bad as what they do. This is not a good website/app to rely on if you're a genuine creator looking to grow your brand. I won't be using their services again!
