Was provided a new used 2018 Yukon to fleet. On way to destination, car transmission stated "transmission hot, idle engine". Outside air temp was 102F. We had to pull over (3) times for 45 min to cool this 2018 Yukon. 2 of 3 times was in middle of desert.This was bad sensor in transmission. Engine temp did not overheat and was at 210F ~ 220F max (normal operating temp).I told owner and they are stating it was "user error". On way back at 95F, I did not run into any problems. Obviously no "user error" on way back.I asked for discount of $150 and was declined. very poor service and unsafe vehicles.Was provided a new used 2018 Yukon to fleet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT CASANA WITH ANDRE! I paid 95$ for a delivery fee to my home and pick up from my home, and it is obvious that the 2 hour drive from my home to your parking lot did will lower the tank's gas level from the position in which it was when at turned it in, 7/9ths. This company attempt to steal charging me an extra 27$ for the 1/9th the car spent in gas from the two hour drive from my home to their parking lot. This is such sneaky manipulation from Rome and Anna (the customer service rep). I had a terrible experience with them after the illogical claim that a two hour trip to the lot should not use up ANY gas to complete. DO NOT use this company!!! They are scam artists! I wish I could give 0 stars.I rented one of their vehicles through Turo. Turns out, something was mechanically wrong with the car. A previous renter had similar issues and wrote about them in their review, but I unfortunately missed it. The car stopped working and started ROLLING BACKWARDS on the side of a mountain drive in Topanga Canyon, placing my passenger and I in extreme danger.Now, Carsana is pursuing a claim with Turo against me for thousands of dollars for the cost of repairing these pre-existing mechanical damages. I believe they were aware of the damages and chose not to repair them, instead renting the vehicle out so that they could pin damage costs on the renter (i.e., me).DO NOT use this company. I must say this place and employees are deplorable especially a manager by the name of AndreI rented a suburban for 2 days to get some family members out to the desert. The car had bad breaks , vibrated horribly on freeway at 65 and sadly car was just a piece of junkWe rented from them before and had great experience. We won’t be back ever again and advise all to avoid.
