Rented a car a month ago but the deposit is still not returned yet and I contacted them through their support and they are not replying please don’t rent form this company they asked for deposit and never give it back|
Carsan staff was so polite and understanding I had modified my trip twice and they approved both modifications. Car is new and roomy, three row seats and rides smooth and pick up in speed|
Scammed me out of a cancellation fee. Wouldn’t cancel my reservation until after the reservation starts . They said I could cancel- but Turo would charge me 188$.|
Do NOT rent from these guys!!! Very poor customer service/communication, they try to add random charges onto your rental trip, and are really pushy when they do speak. Very shady activity, I’ve never had a rental so complicated. Wish I could do 0 stars.|
I rented an Infinity Q50 and got a call in the morning informing me that car was not available, but they would upgrade me to a Kia K5 for the same price but they didn't mention that the Infinity had a $250 deposit and the Kia was $500 which I paid. However I was not able to drive the car because the steele belts were coming thru the rubber of the tire .I took the car back 2 days later and they offered to change the tire, I said no I want a refund, after going back and forth they agreed to refund me 1 day my total rental fee was $353 they refunded me $51 I drove the car less than 20 miles I paid extra for unlimited miles an insuranced. I have been emailing support for the return of my deposit and I was told my deposit will be processed 2 weeks after the return of the vehicle. Now I read a review about a customer complaining about a deposit and the owner said deposits are returned in 7 business days. I returned a week later because I rented a Jeep through the app and I got a text that morning informing me that the Jeep wasn't available but they had an Infinity so I agreed to the change and the car was great and the rental process quick and easy. they are scammers… if you pay attention, they planted 90% of the positive reviews here. don’t book with them if you don’t want them to charge you random fees or give you a car that is dangerous to drive. read ALL the reviews especially those from real customers before you decide to book.|
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will scam you for your money. They do not do any type of walk through with you before nor after the rental. They will take pictures of parts of the car after the return that were not taken before the rental, and will blame you for random damages. They charged me $1750 back in July and now they are are asking for another $1250. SCAMMERS. They tried to get me to pay them without escalating to Turo so that they can pocket the money themselves. Now I have to deal with Turo because I am NOT paying more for damages I did not cause. Avoid them at all costs. I asking for an extension got a quick reply and was able to extend for a day longer. dropping off the vehicle was as easy as picking up.Always an easy experienceOverall the experience is great. We had a fantastic experience with Carsan. We had to arrange a car at the last minute, and within 4 hours Carsan had this beauty delivered to us. The car itself was just as described and a dream to drive, and the communication with Carsan was easy and responsive. Would definitely recommend!|
