I have already done this. It gets a bit annoying when a person is constantly being asked for their comments. I’m 80 years of age and just giving a star rating should be sufficient.
Don't know much about Evri but I do know that the delivery personnel we have are brilliant. They are friendly, helpful and always polite and cheerful. Well done to the delivery people! Evri should be proud of you.
Hi my experience was fine Fortunately however, I live on a a council estate and a parcel with £120 trainers was left on my step . Luckily they were still there when I came home.
I knew the parcel was coming but was in a meeting. The Courier managed to get to a door and knock, which caused me to go out open it to let her in. Then delivered two parcels. This Courier goes over and above to deliver her parcels and has such a nice manner too.
I'm referring to a non delivery on 13.7.23. The driver refused to load my parcel onto his vehicle for fear of being blamed for the box being ripped open and items possibly lost and quite frankly, I don't blame him. This was down to the staff at your warehouse throwing it around in a careless manner. You need to take a good look at yourselves and realise you're not well thought of by the public. You're unbelievably unreliable
The lady who delivers to us (LIZ) is amazing as I'm disabled she always opens our front door & puts my parcels inside. She always has a smile & acknowledges me even though she looks as if she's running a marathon

Good points: I don't have to queue up at the Post Office to weigh & pay for parcel. I like being able to drop off my parcel, outside of 9-5 hours, at a nearby Tesco Express which has a ParcelShop for Evri. The Evri website is clear and I have found it easy to use. The Evri website shows exactly what time my parcel was delivered to the recipient, and includes a photo of parcel handed over. Potentially problematic if I cannot accurately weigh my parcel, measure its dimensions and print a label.
