I get my favorite fragrance and it's much cheaper than buying it from the department store plus it comes right to my mailbox. I love it.
My husband really likes Jack Black 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner, body wash. He's 66 with thin fine hair. This doesn't way his fine hair down, and it smells great!

Received package damaged perfume leaked in box. I have called customer service 6 times. Each time I’ve been on hold over 30 minutes and never get through. This is a nightmare trying to replace a $100 bottle of our fume. The worst customer service experience.

My products arrived ruined spilling out of the box. I've emailed and called several times to receive no help just auto response. 1 of my products was absolutely counterfeit a half filled gallon bottle of shampoo that was NOT the intended product inside. I asked for a call and got nothing
This makes the second time my order was late. I didn’t get all of my orders because it said you didn’t have after the fact of me placing order. When you call customer support phone just rings and rings. It took over 3 weeks for my item to arrive. When I wanted a refund and to cancel order I was told I couldn’t. Will not be ordering from you again. Very poor customer experience.
i love bond no 9 nuit de noho however it is very expensive. the perfume was a bargain but clearly not exactly like the real one. much less potent and slightly alcoholic smell.

The very first order I placed was returned to fragrance by my post office, despite my correct name address where I always receive mail. Then I had to re order but appreciate fragrance giving me credit for the first one not received.I did receive the next order.The most recent order I placed has still not arrived, though On Trak says its been out for delivery for several days. I think UPS and FED Ex are more reliable than ON Trac. I hope Fragrance switches to either of those.

Fantastic quality. Wish the shipping was a little faster but it was completely reasonable for the price. Everything I get from this site is a SIGNIFICANT discount. I honestly don't know how they do it. I will always check them first for my favorite skincare and fragrance products. Hopefully they continue to carry all my favs!
