Ordered a Tag Heuer watch for a gift, the watch came in a different box. Tried requesting for a new one but they asked for a picture of the price sticke on the box, which I already dispose of the sticker because it’s a gift for someone. Who would leave a price tag on a gift? Make you wonder if the watch is even real with the wrong box and all.
I was skeptical to order at first on placing an order. And being new to fountain pens I was buying a luxury pen. It was my first Visconti one and it is my absolute favorite pen. The pen is perfect except it did not come with a converter only a single disposable ink cartridge. So that is a little difficult for someone who does not know much about the finer things needed for a fountain pen. But shipping was fast and no issues with order otherwise. And I will plan to use the shop for future luxury items.

I ordered a seiko automatic watch and recieved one that was obviously not brand new and the automatic mechanism is broken and seiko quoted me $280 to fix it and that's more than I paid for the watch.
