This is honestly the worse thing facebook and instagram could have brought out for small businesses. You end up clicking on about 20 different sections in the meta business suite and ecommerce manager before you find what you are looking for, there are so many sections, and sections within sections that make the most simplest of jobs stressful, I have spent 4 months trying to verify my new website after rebranding, Im so close to now giving up completely with social media.I use to love facebook for my handmade business, now I think its the worse service out there.

My Facebook account has been disabled, I have never violated the community guidelines. Please open my closed Facebook account. This is my account that I have been using since 2009. I have a suggestion for you. Facebook Meta teams please get your customer service phone number, it would be better to have a live chat to solve users' problems faster. Awful after sales customer service, didn't get what I paid for and spent a ton of time on the phone chasing it up, still not resolved, empty promises of partial refund not done, no call backs. Awful, wasted so much of my time!

Har slettet min Meta/Facebook konto for over 2 1/2 år siden og bad dem om at slette alt information om den pågældende e-mail adresse. Lige pludselig modtager jeg så e-mail om at nogle forsøger at komme ind på min Facebook profil.!! Det viser mig at Meta/Facebook gemmer info om en og de ikke overholder reglerne, så måske man burde skrive til EU og få dem til at tjekke op på om de overhovedet ændrer sig efter flere bøder. Hvis ikke så luk det l**te firma ned og forbyd Meta/Facebook i lande hvor de ikke indordner sig efter loven.!!

This company can steal all of the games that you purchased whenever they feel like. I’m over 40 and they suspended my account because I’m not “old enough “. I had to send them photos of my drivers license. Not a trustworthy company. I regret spending any money on this crooked company. If I could get a full refund on all of the games that I already purchased I would sell this meta/oculus quest 2 /Facebook piece of crap. Don’t buy.

I have a small ecommerce business and I'm trying to sync my products on my Facebook catalog via the Commerce Manager. The migration is not working. I have inventory but Meta is not migrating correctly. I have been dealing with Meta Support since 19 May to get this resolved and all I get are different reps asking for the same information I've sent repeatedly. Mark Zuckerberg, please get this fixed. It is horrendous.

Horrible parent company….offer no assistance (besides a computer) to the individual that truly needs help. Accounts hacked with no way to recover.Try to report and are told nothing is wrong. Family knows when another member of that same family is hacked!Seems like no one cares and the company is just there to support the criminal.

My son purchased a meta quest 2 in December 2022, it broke on may 2023 so got a replacement....they sent him a broken 2nd hand unit for something he paid £400 for 5 months prior without my knowledge! I've now asked for his money back as I'm not happy with the product and expect more for £400 for them to tell me cos it's a referb it's none refundable! It's like talking to Muppets! I'm so disgusted with their behaviour and just overall experience with this company! They call me at 1,2and 3am instead of pm cos they can't get the time zone right. I'm past from one moron to another and my son is down his Xmas and birthday money because they sent me a 2nd hand piece of crap without telling me! Any one with any legal advice I'd really appreciate it as I want to get my boy his money back off these thieves!

I am working for a new company but because a previous ad I did or something with my personal account. I cannot even make ads for the new company due to my own profile. The company's ad account is fine.I re-appealed and the machine learning not even a damn person decides to revoke. Now I have no option appeal again THOUGH the company account is fine. How am I even supposed to do my job with this crap. There is nowhere you can even speak to a normal human being anymore. This is why people are leaving.

I love all the social applications meta developed. Especially WhatsApp that allow me to call my mother back in Mexico... Muy bueno!

Horrible, horrible service. For 3 years, I haven't been able to speak to one service person over there. They keep closing all my tickets without even sending an email. I wouldn't even give them 0 stars. I wish you could give negative stars.
