I'm an all-access member, working completely remotely. I'm on the discount now but was planning to pay full price. It's really, really not worth it. Most of the all-access spaces are essentially a few desks or tables in the lobby/basement of a building. There's usually a coffee machine and comfortable couches and nice decor, but it's often very noisy, and it's hard to get serious work done. I'd pay maybe 150£ for it per month, because it's nice to get out of the house. 300+£ for this is wayy too much. It's not much better than working at a coffee shop, and it's way way more expensive.
This is my second time as a member, both times in Southern California. The first time, I was at building near South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa; it was buzzing all the time and had a great site staff that kept everyone engaged. More recently, I am at a brand new WeWork location called Lakeshore which opened during COVID-19. The site staff are thoughtful and keeping everything safe and positive despite the adverse conditions.
I had a simple question "Is there a mailbox outside the office at Stadhouderskade 5 in Amsterdam?".After calling their only phone number I choose option 1 which was the only option which responded.I could not get a good answer on my question so I have sent my question from their website. The only response I got was a sales email to to entice me into a lease contract.
environment: goodmanagement: horrible management honesty: non-existant company culture: more for show, not genuine - not present when needed. true to core values: false supports business "doing what they love": false billing system: complete mess. dishonest, messy system: they will derail your checks and balance.in fact they currently owe us money, lied multiple times about amount and when we would have it, but love to pretend like they are helping. #wework #horriblemanagement #norespect #liars
From Hero to Zero- Der dramatische Niedergang des Unternehmens war deutlich spürbar.
This company should have went out of business when they fired the founder/CEO. I was a tenant in Chicago on Wabash for 4 years until they screwed me and breached the terms of my lease so they could kick me out and sell my office to someone else for more money. Their solution was to put me in a closet. Dishonest, disorganized and diabolical sums up the leadership of this organization.
Being a former tenant, wework started as a great platform for budding businesses. But when times got tough, it showed its true colouree as a money hungry organisation. They threatened us to pay rent despite substajdatd spaces through covid ignoring all legal requirements such as fresh air just so they can show profits. I am glad I am not part of that community anymore. They cheat and bully businesses to generate cash. Its now a clear brand, "Wedidwork"
Extremely poor customer service. Booked a meeting room through the app. Paid £600 outright. Notified that all was fully refundable if cancelled 24 hours before booking. Tried to cancel through app 4 days before booking. Not possible error messages. Emails customer service through app. No response. Calls 3 days before booking date. Customer Service agent unable to refund has to speak with IT dept. Will email back. Nothing. No refund. Terrible customer service
Horrible experience at WeWork CyberCity Gurgaon center which is apparently their biggest center and I travelled quite a distance to get here in hopes to get lesser distraction and get my work done - instead they refused to give me a dedicated workspace and instead offered me a community table with a lot of noise pollution! Pathetic and a complete waste of money!
This is not WeWork, this is WeDoNotWorkPiecefully. This is really not a good working environment. Most of the co-working spaces and the all access have the most disruptive tennis tables and pool tables and beer taps. They actually hardly have any good working spaces. Many offices have the worst possible lighting and you will get a headache towards the middle of the day. The ones that are slightly good and well designed have been ruined by the over use or the games in the middle of the workspace. You are almost always guranteed to get a headache somehow or another. Working in a train station is less disruptive.
I considered plenty of global coworking solutions. WeWork remains the best solution given that:1. A ton of different locations are available across the globe2. It's (to my knowledge) the only option in this price range which gives you 24/7 access to properties with their global access membership. All others only give you access during office hours (9-5) which is not enough (depending on your profession). However, as soon as you reach a team of 15+ employees, I recommend you switch to a proper office (price per sqm is a LOT better if you aren't in the WeWork network).
I have been a customer of all access during these 2 years . The customer experience is bad , no phone number . The monument site is so orvercrowded , its like working in a station . the heating in winter is not working .terrible place , all the centres are overcrowded
