Warning: Stay far away from Carsan and its slippery owner, Andre – a real sketchy character. I had this crazy ordeal with them in September 2023, and I can't emphasize enough how important it is to avoid them like the plague!!! I gave them my car to condition Honda CR-V to rent out and 2 weeks later they told me it was a total loss. I've been trying to find out more about the accident, but they won't give me any details. My insurance company keeps asking for the accident reports and the driver's insurance info, but Carsan isn't providing anything. They now ask me to pay them to tow the car and for the repairs? How is this possible????
I had 2021 dodge challenger and I gave them my dodge on august 2023 . And then my dodge was involved in accident on September 2023 . Total lost. And CARSAN only paid the balance for finance company. I asked CARSAN how much money you received?. They replied to me This is internal information we can’t tell you . Dodge was rented through Turo. I called to Turo,they told me, We can’t give you any information regarding payment. Difference is $8000. I’m looking for a people who were scammed by CARSAN.

Advertising as no deposit needed… once you pay for the car they’ll slap you with a deposit and won’t refund your payment for a week. Complete rip off…….. don’t even bother|

Said the car was smoked in but won’t provide proof, I’ve also used my team to track down the other individuals who had the same issue we have no issue taking this to court starting a class action lawsuit proof must be provided if claims are being made no wonder carsana has no contact information to speak with anyone shady|

They canceled my reservation and only refunded me 40 percent of my money. There was a miscommunication and the reps who were there did not speak a lick of English. AVOID.|
