I am a seller on the site. An internal issue prevented me from being able to log in on the website. I called the 1-800 number listed and spoke with an actual person. After giving details of my issue they immediately began working to find a solution. A contact person called/emailed me a few times to keep me posted on the situation. The issue was resolved within several hours.

Your search engine is fantastic. The only problem I have is when I see an image I like and don't download it right away, because I'm not in a place where I can do that, I may put in the exact search words and not be able to find that image again.Is there anyway you can show us our last 3 or 4 images searched? I'm sure you can because those images are plastered all over my desktop while I'm trying to do something else, but when I go back to dreamstime, it's a mystery.

The pictures are great but the way I was tricked into a subscription left a dent in the company's reputation with me. You need to be prepared for bad surprises when you use their "special offers".
