Eventbrite - Discover Great Events or Create Your Own & Sell Tickets
Tickets I purchased were a scam, Eventbrite says whoops we missed this one, really sorry. But they still took their % of the fee. They still make money off scam tickets. Will never use again
I'm hoping that this review will actually prompt the company to contact me so I can ask how to access a recording. I understood when booking a series of four online courses that I would be able to access recordings for two weeks after each one. I wouldn't have booked if that hadn't been the case, as I knew I couldn't make a Monday evening slot for each one. However, there is no information as to how access the recordings - either in the email or on their website. Trying to contact their customer support just takes me in a circle back to their irrelevant "help" topics. No phone number; no email.
I was using Eventbrite for ages to promote events we do, that was really helpful to maintain the amount of guests but our last event just after I did a newsletter they unpublished it 2 days before the event with people booked, it is a complete failure now, no reason was given in live chat, no one contacted me, but of course they took money for ads! This is damage to reputation, absolutely unfair to people who booked. Complete disaster…
Do not waste your time with the company and their booking refund protection it’s a total scam! Worst company and totally unacceptable service.
I won't recommend the ticket service for buying tickets from this site this is because I have an appointment in London and I won't be back in time and they will not refund my money back which is out of order and I think that they rip people off
I spent £58 on tickets to their London Film and Comic Con event because they were collaborating with Brick Festival and creating a Brick Zone. I only bought the tickets so I could try and find a Lego set I've been looking for. However, they company pulled the Lego event from the London Film and Comic Con and created a separate event for the Brick Festival. The company then scrubbed any mention of the joint event from their website. Unfortunately, I can't post links or screenshots here.I have no reason to go to this event after the bait and switch, but Eventbrite doesn't care that they've facilitated a bait and switch event, so they won't refund me. They'll just keep their cut while they allow dodgy organisers to get their company to sell tickets on their behalfI'll be opening a complaint with PayPal. Avoid this company
Al Pacino 30th APRIL £2446 4 tickets 🎫 I PAID I WANT A REFUND ITS BEEN OVER 90 DAYS WITH POSTPONED I SEEN MIAMI IS AVAILABLE NOW OR WILL THAT BE POSTPONED…………🤔TOLD ME TO CONTACT MY BANK IM WILL BE TAKING THESE TO COURT
I paid online and was sent an email containing a link to my tickets which did not work. Eventbrite REALLY, REALLY DO NOT LIKE ANSWERING THE TELEPHONE. The best hope I've got is a reply from the event organiser 'who normally reply within 4 days'.I personally would not trust this outfit.
