Yesterday, the status was that estimate delivery till the end of day July 13, today this status was removed, there is no date for the receipt of the parcel. terrible! usually I receive pastels from Europe in one week or one and a half, but here, within the same country, it’s the third week and it’s not clear when it will come.
I have watched a package go to one hub, then the incorrect hub, back to the hub in my state, that then sent it to the local hub where for three days now I have been told it is in the truck for delivery and yet it hasn’t shown. I don’t see how they are still in business because this is becoming more frequent.
Fedex is a highly developed company. This is a highly advanced company. It has many offices all over the world. The service is extremely good and satisfying.
Absolutely hate this company. They didn't leave any notes until apparently the "last" warning. I literally saw the truck by the gate and the driver made no attempt to come through just slapped the final notice on the gate. When I tried to call I got the stupidest automated service imaginable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! EVER!!! There are other good choices available.
By far the worst service I have ever seen! Package get delayed because incorrect address which was correct in the first place and probably the delivery agent was lazy to drive! 2 customer service agents hang up the chat, provide no solution whatsoever, terrible in communication and escalation - says basically fcuk off to customers, What the hell!!? how horrible this could be?????I cannot be using this garbage again.
Once again I've received another payment reminder for a bill that's been paid. The page where you're supposed to be able to provide evidence of payment doesn't work either. Their site is also set up so you cannot get through to a contact centre to resolve, so the problem remains. Appalling and don't know how they remain in business
If you live in an apartment complex with a designated package room and management that signs for packages they wouldn't leave a package that requires a signature, nevertheless. They won't let you know when they're going to be there for you to sign it personally too. There's no way to receive your package. It doesn't make sense.
Absolutely the worst shipper ever! Every time I have something coming via FedEx, there is an issue, Tracking yesterday said the package would be delivered tomorrow(which is today), but now says will be delivered tomorrow. I doubt that date though, as when you track the tracking number, it says "Label Created" and that Fed Ex hasn't even received the package yet. Try and speak to a live person....lots of luck. The robot hangs up on you. Worst shipper ever! I would NEVER use this company, if I had a choice!!

Impossible to get in touch with anyone, complete waste of time. Contact number and chat are fully automated and send you in circles. No one responds to emails. I didnt expect much but this is laughably bad customer service

Fed ex consistently delivers my package days after the app says it will be delivered. Status updates show they've had it at the local office for over 2 days now. It requires a signature and I've been watching out the front window for 3 days now and nothing. They suck.
