The second time in 3 months that I had Fed Ex deliver and they claimed it was delivered, but it was delivered somewhere else. This happened at my previous residence in this town a year ago. I would never trust Fed Ex in Traverse City, Michigan. They should reduce the rates by 50%, cuz that’s about how often they get it right. I hope USPS stays public. FedEx is basically taking your money, not giving you what you paid for, and rewarding their Execs and Shareholders. Obviously, they don’t treat their people well enough to equip them to do their work, or have pride in it. Just another US monopoly like the Internet companies sucking this country dry.
Received a text and an email stating that when the parcel would be delivered. The gentleman knocked on at the door at the time stated and handed me the parcel. None of this knocking on the door, leaving the parcel and running malarkey or driving past the property and then stating nobody was home, like I complained about in my other reviews of a specific delivery company. Could not fault FedEx at all. Thank you 🙏
This is such bs (excuse my language); I have literally had my package attempted to be delivered THREE TIMES, and each and every time, they fail to deliver it. I didn't realize I had to be there for signature, so I went out every single minute from 11 am onward, because that's when they usually attempted a delivery the past two times. Now, I was gonna let it slide, because my place is hard to find. But the WORST thing about this is?? I tried calling customer service, and I can never get a hold of an ACTUAL person to explain my situation. I can't give direct instructions to help find my place, so I can finally get my package, because they do everything with an AI. This is the worst service I have ever seen. FedEx, get an actual person on the line, or an easy way to ASK for a person, because they solely rely on that AI, and I am told no way how to contact an actual person.
This is the worst service and they are liars. My parcel status has not updated in over 2 weeks, they keep calling me that the parcel will arrive on 2 different days but it hasn’t. Talking to the customer service is the same as speaking to the poorly response chatbots, generic answering with nothing informative.
Worst service ever! Everytime they make the excuse that nobody let them in the building. That being said, even with providing the access code and being alert by the door, they lied AGAIN that they attempted to deliver and no one responded. I WAS RIGHT THERE LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW FOR THE FEDEX TRUCK. NO DELIVERY PERSONNEL CAME BY TODAY AT ANY TIME. even paid extra for this pathetic delivery service.
Zero customer service, even the bot over the phone is rude. slow delivery service, business should not use Fedex if you want to have satisfied customer. Order on June 27th, shipped on July 6th, arrived in town on July 11th, at 4 pm July 12th still not arrived. call them and the bot keep saying nothing much can tell you.
FED EX has no problem lying to their customers. They claim they try to make deliveries when they do not. They forget we have cameras now. Unless their trucks and drivers are invisible they are clearly lying and don't seem to care.
FedEx is a terrible company, the information they send me in the mailbox is completely unreliable, anything is unreliable like the delivery time they give. I was just afraid that FedEx would have something wrong, so I woke up at 6 o'clock, and I didn't receive the package until 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and finally said it was delayed?I am so thankful to FedEx that they let me be almost early 6 for 3 days in a row and they managed to waste 3 full days of my break.I still haven't received my package, and I paid $700 to end up being played like a fool. I don't care about getting the package now, I just hope my blood pressure will calm down.
If you want your package to be late, or not even delivered then FedEx is the place to be! And do you like being hung up on by an automated system that refuses to put you in touch with an actual human representative? Then fedex wins again. An absolute joke of a company. How do they even survive and not get eaten alive by a semi-competent brand like UPS is beyond my comprehension. Good luck out there with your packages everyone!
Never use them! Stuff extremely mean and lie to my face. They kept my medication in their facility without explanation for 3 days until I came and picked it up. When I demand explanation why it never was delivered the representative told me “it doesn’t matter if it delayed- you got it, this is only what meters!”I was speechless. Avoid them in any cost!
Fed ex consistently delivers my package days after the app says it will be delivered. Status updates show they've had it at the local office for over 2 days now. It requires a signature and I've been watching out the front window for 3 days now and nothing. They suck.
Impossible to get in touch with anyone, complete waste of time. Contact number and chat are fully automated and send you in circles. No one responds to emails. I didnt expect much but this is laughably bad customer service
