If you live in an apartment complex with a designated package room and management that signs for packages they wouldn't leave a package that requires a signature, nevertheless. They won't let you know when they're going to be there for you to sign it personally too. There's no way to receive your package. It doesn't make sense.
Absolutely hate this company. They didn't leave any notes until apparently the "last" warning. I literally saw the truck by the gate and the driver made no attempt to come through just slapped the final notice on the gate. When I tried to call I got the stupidest automated service imaginable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! EVER!!! There are other good choices available.
Once again I've received another payment reminder for a bill that's been paid. The page where you're supposed to be able to provide evidence of payment doesn't work either. Their site is also set up so you cannot get through to a contact centre to resolve, so the problem remains. Appalling and don't know how they remain in business
FedEx is a terrible company, the information they send me in the mailbox is completely unreliable, anything is unreliable like the delivery time they give. I was just afraid that FedEx would have something wrong, so I woke up at 6 o'clock, and I didn't receive the package until 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and finally said it was delayed?I am so thankful to FedEx that they let me be almost early 6 for 3 days in a row and they managed to waste 3 full days of my break.I still haven't received my package, and I paid $700 to end up being played like a fool. I don't care about getting the package now, I just hope my blood pressure will calm down.
I have watched a package go to one hub, then the incorrect hub, back to the hub in my state, that then sent it to the local hub where for three days now I have been told it is in the truck for delivery and yet it hasn’t shown. I don’t see how they are still in business because this is becoming more frequent.
If you want your package to be late, or not even delivered then FedEx is the place to be! And do you like being hung up on by an automated system that refuses to put you in touch with an actual human representative? Then fedex wins again. An absolute joke of a company. How do they even survive and not get eaten alive by a semi-competent brand like UPS is beyond my comprehension. Good luck out there with your packages everyone!
Never use them! Stuff extremely mean and lie to my face. They kept my medication in their facility without explanation for 3 days until I came and picked it up. When I demand explanation why it never was delivered the representative told me “it doesn’t matter if it delayed- you got it, this is only what meters!”I was speechless. Avoid them in any cost!
FED EX has no problem lying to their customers. They claim they try to make deliveries when they do not. They forget we have cameras now. Unless their trucks and drivers are invisible they are clearly lying and don't seem to care.
Zero customer service, even the bot over the phone is rude. slow delivery service, business should not use Fedex if you want to have satisfied customer. Order on June 27th, shipped on July 6th, arrived in town on July 11th, at 4 pm July 12th still not arrived. call them and the bot keep saying nothing much can tell you.
