My cat was referred to them by my vets for vomitting. I didn't take her in as she improved a bit I was told if I didn't take her in they wouldn't accept her in future. I was told it was a standard procedure. I was told I could take her home the next morning as she was a very scared cat and wouldn't eat in the hospital. They renaged on this agreement and kept her saying it was safer for her. It so wasn't! She hadnt eaten in 3 days when she died, they had her on methadone, then changed to some other opioid - didn't check her vitals after changing meds, didn't monitor her and she died in their hospital and they didn't even know she was dead for several hours as she wasn't checked on. She sat terrified and struggling to stay alive, off her head on opioids and died alone from being overdosed by apparant experts. They didn't even have simple technology such as collar or bed monitors as a constant monitor of her vital signs, they use primitive checks such as body language to gauge the animals health signs after cutting her open from throat to bum. Nearly 2 years later they are demanding I pay them nearly £3000 pounds for them killing my cat through their negligence. Do not trust these people they don't understand animals and they will lie to you.
