I order my shopping online. It doesn't save a lot of time but at least it is convenient. That said, Tesco have now stopped sending out a paper copy of the detailed list of what you bought because it is emailed. That is not convenient for checking delivery. This service is supposed to be convenient FOR ME - not Tesco's. Second issue - I had 51 items for delivery. 3 were "out of stock" from the warehouse so I had to visit my local Tesco (super) store to get the three items which, were not out of stock from the local store. What is the point of me paying money each month for a service that wastes my time?
I phoned to complain about groceries which were substandard. Once again Tesco has the inability to do the basics and mouth any type of apology. I picked this up on the call, very politely I might add and the call was ended. I was two sentences in. It's the same in their Swansea stores when dealing with bad products.
Fed up with Tesco's. Do not have products that available in store, online, their packers do not read instructions, fruit and veg is below par, most products are very average. Their online customer service teams ignore requests and complaints. Moving to Sainsburys!
Got a email voucher from tesco spend £30 get£4 off but tesco Filey refused to honour it as I had purchased wine with my shopping apparently its in the terms and conditions alcohol not included. But it doesn't say that on the voucher false advertising comes to mind. I did complain but no joy apparently we should read all the small print on using these vouchers not just rely on what is advertised. Disappointed customer Tesco.
Dear Tesco.I really do apologise for living on the 2nd floor of an apartment block with no lift. Please send my sincere apologies to the extremely unhelpful driver today, who made me carry virtually all of the boxes up to my floor - even though I have painful arthritis in my hands and back. The driver told me, he didn't want to hurt his back - but more than happy for me to cause more injury to myself - so he brought only one box up the stairs. Thanks as always to Tesco delivery drivers - but this one is one of the most unhelpful drivers I've ever had the misfortune to meet. Unhelpful and ungracious. It really is pot luck whether we get a decent driver or not!!!
Tottenham Hale express store. Thank god they opened an Asda opposite so I never have to go in again. Management as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Zero customer awareness or priority. Tills broke and they said they had one cashier only when they made everyone queue again. Except there were staff including managers just looking bewildered. Get a grip.
Tesco, blackley, Manchester Went In today, one of the twins that works there is constantly rude, disrespectful and racist, looked at me again today and refused to help, last time she mutted something under her breath, shouted at me, when make complaints, just get she's always like that, nothing happens its a shame because all the staff are nice, friendly and willing to do there job
Visited the Maldon superstore this morning. Had a motive because I suspected to find huge price rises from the date of my last grocery shop two weeks ago. I was right.I had listed a number of staple items and compared the price of 14 days ago with those demanded today. The AVERAGE price hike was 16%. One item (an Indian ready meal) had increased by over 20%.Did mention the huge price hikes to the checkout lady...her eyes went skywards, she smiled genuinely knowingly...she was certainly as aware as myself of just how her employer was milking its customers. If only there was a real, honest, competitor in the area, Tesco’s complacency and disregard for its customers would melt quicker than its overpriced ice cream.
