me and my friends were trying to buy tickets to a taylor swift concert on ticket master and we did not have a good experience. As soon as we went on the website they blocked us from using it because they thought we were a bot. We tried on several devices and on each one we just ended up getting blocked. Website(app) needs to be updated.
The order happened seamlessly. The ticket transfer to my phone wallet was easy & worked wonderfully - much easier than bringing paper tix.
The Rady concert hall did not use their giant monitoring screens, so it was very hard to see Neil Young. Couldn't see his guitar playing or harmonica playing. Disappointing.
Ticketmaster should be regulated. How they can charge such a high rate for a computer transaction is ridiculous. Still hoping this monopoly gets shut down.
Neil was amazing!He made this concert feel like we were in living room!! He was so authentic & real!Beautiful experience with a true Rock Great!!
Show was great but buying tickets is never a fun experience. Trying to get a ticket is difficult and many scalpers buy up good seats which forces fans to buy worse seats or buy from scalpers. It really sucks knowing there are lots of good seats that could have gone to fans but instead they sat empty at a "sold out" show. Many of ticketmasters policies make it harder for fans. It doesn't seem like they actually care about fans. But since so many venues use ticketmaster it's almost impossible to see concerts without using this service.
The security made my family and I throw our Mexico flags away because they weren't allowed into the stadium. There were many people with their flags and they weren't told to throw them away. My daughter asked why the other sides were letting everyone else with their flags, the security guy gave my daughter a big attitude and told her "then go to the other side."
Abhorrent customer support. 4 hour wait and then they offer generic unrelated responses. Although my mariners tickets were listed under the Ticketmaster.com domain, they weren’t showing in my account. The TM support person was sending auto replies to issues that had nothing to do with the problem. I didn’t solve the problem I until I called the Mariners ticket office and spoke to a live person. Ticketmaster should be wiped off the face of the planet. Useless middle man service that adds no value.
There was a 30min delay of entry to the venue. Also could have setup the merch tables to have lines exit the merch table a specific direction so people weren’t walking back through the line especially since a lines were out the door of the area where the merch was located
Accessing tickets on my phone was easy. The ticket cost, particularly fees, are still expensive. It’s become harder to attend concerts due to how much it all costs nowadays. There’s the tickets, extra fees, then parking cost. My seats were fine, but I cannot afford the better seats that I’d like.
I had an issue downloading the tickets on the day of the concert, since I didn't have the correct email...I may have deleted it. I was beginning to freak-out but your customer service reps. were very patient. Tickets were verified and resent thanks to your extremely helpful service representatives!! Concert was a go and fabulous!!
Everything was absolutely wonderful! Loved LOVED the concert! I only took a star off because we were sold someone else’s seats? There were four people to two seats! My understanding was that there was a glitch in the system and the other couple’s tickets were voided, so we must have purchased their tickets right after? Don’t know any other details but the staff handled it professionally and to the best of their ability. So thankful to the staff that had to put up with this ordeal during opening act. Even though we were first being bounced around, we have a story to tell with some good laughs.
